Hello everyone, my name is Umar Hameed, and I’m an expert at changing
human behaviors. I developed this company called Euro Boosters, which is all about giving you the ability to control your mindset, to decide how you feel and act in any situation, but to do that it would radically, dramatically change the quality of your life.
There would be more accomplishment, there would be more fulfillment,
there would be more happiness, but the question is why do human beings
struggle? So I’ll take you on a 90-day journey that is going to give you insights into who you are and more importantly give you the tools you need to become better, stronger faster, so here it goes.
Lesson number one: The enemy is fear. We have fear inside us, but when you look at it in the world right now, is there something to be fearful of and for most of us it’s like well maybe getting hit by a car, but fear doesn’t seem like it’s a part of our daily lives for many of us.
The reality is when we were born from the age of zero, more like one second, to 10 years of age, there were defining moments of who we are
as human beings and we created a set of beliefs there that defined who
we are, and many of those beliefs allowed us to get this amazing lesson in living.
You probably have a house where you live, you have a car, you have all the food you want, and you have a pretty decent life compared to the rest of the world. But many of us are not living the lives that we want because some of those fundamental beliefs that we had, and of those beliefs were negatives and those beliefs looked at the fear side of things.
“I can’t do this, I’m not worthy of that”– how does that manifest in our daily lives? It manifests like this: Often we have this illusion that we show the outside world, “look at me I’m pretty, look at me I’m smart, look at me I’m funny.” Other people show the outside world their illusion, “look at me I’m broken, I’m tragic, I’m unlovable.”
Whatever that is, that’s the illusion that we show the outside world, but we have something worse which is the delusion, who we think we are, often we don’t even know who we are. We have this notion of it, that that is the truth.
You see this a third spot, the authentic self, who we are deep down in here and part of the journey of building the life that we want, building the life that’s going to bring you more happiness, more fulfillment, more joy, more accomplishment is understanding who you are because who you are that sets a foundation to build the life upon.
So if you’re ready for this journey look for lesson number two, I’m going to go deeper into this “ “thing” we call being a human and I’m going to show soon how to master that. Anyway, that’s lesson one: “Fear is the enemy.”
I want the result of fear is this splitting up of illusion, solution, and authentic self. Part of the 90-day journey is getting you to uncover who you are and from that, it’s going to change your life in significant and powerful ways. Thanks so much for tuning in and if you like this video, please share this with other people so other people can break through the barriers.
There are people out there that have an amazing family, amazing house, amazing work, amazing life, and when they get depressed, all of the joy in their heart gets drained away, and it changes the way they interact with the world.
So, just some facts about depression: 7% of the population suffers from depression. That includes 1.9M children that have to struggle with this ailment every single day. If you have depression, you are four times more likely to have a heart attack. If you are a woman you are twice as likely to get depression. If you have depression, it changes your life in significant ways.
Only 50% of people that take antidepressants recover. So, the question is: What is depression? How do we get depressed? And more importantly, how can we break through and recover from depression?
Depression gives you low energy, so you don't really want to do anything. You get the attitude of, "what's the point anyway?" After a while, you realize that nothing is going to change, "I'm stuck in this place."
Are you a faker?
Some people, fake happiness when at a social function or at work hoping that they look normal. but, when they come from that engagement they feel drained. before long, they feel disconnected from life and they're loved ones.
Toxic Feedback Loop
This creates a reinforcing feedback loop. because you have that kind of mentality and low energy you are destined to fail. You start to believe that something is wrong with you and nothing is ever going to change.
Hi everyone, my name is Umar Hameed, and I use applied neuroscience to help people break through depression. What is the underlying core belief that's causing your depression? Because behaviors don't happen unless there's a belief underneath it, and what we need to do is to identify what that belief is. so we go in there, find the belief and change it.
When we change that belief, it starts changing your life. It opens up the possibility that change is possible for you. And from that, we can empower you with other tools in NLP that allows you to access happiness, to feel the love in your life, and really get that energy you need to start taking action.
Turn your life around
NLP helps you disconnect from the limiting belief that was causing the depression. Once that happens you start spiraling up. You experience more happiness, love, joy, and you come back to the place where you were before the depression started. Imagine how your world would change if you could feel that love, that connection with your family, with your life, with your profession, and with yourself.
That's why I do what I do. because it gives me immense joy. That's my reason for being. Helping people break through their barriers. so they'll live happier, loving, more productive lives.

My first exposure to NLP was in 1990. I was running a computer consulting firm, and things were going great, till I took up squash. I sucked at it, but I love squash, I had passion for it, drive for it. Two months later I got a good bit better, and then three months in I
got better. Better, better, and better.
On one day, was like, wait a minute, what's going on here? I love my business and squash. I have a passion for it, drive for it. How come to sports I can improve dramatically, but in my business life, I'm coasting? Someone suggested go see this woman, her name is Una Elliott, and she's an expert at NLP. So, I went to see Una, and it was a life-changing event.
Whatever the block was stopping me from excelling in my business just disappeared. And as I walked out of that session, I made a promise to myself, I must learn this. And more importantly, I've got to teach this to the world because we need to learn how to break through our barriers so we become awesome.
The question is what is NLP. NLP is the tool kit you need to understand how you can control your mindset because your mindset controls everything in your life, and if you don't know how to control it, you're a victim of your mindset. You might be getting good results, but you can't get to greatness unless you've mastered mindset. That's what NLP does better than any other discipline. It allows you the fastest path to breaking through your limitations so
you step into awesomeness.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is hard to define because the founders wanted to make NLP an open source discipline. when it was founded of the way it was founded. In many disciplines a set of guiding principles are established. Often one of the principles is “This is the best and only way to accomplish a particular task.” This principle often blocks that discipline from evolving. Participants discount or ridicule other options because ‘Our way is best.”
The founders of NLP thought that NLP is the best technology for change in existence for the time being. But there is always a better way and when we find it we will add it to the knowledge base known as NLP.
The notion of there’s always a better way allowed NLP to evolve in different directions simultaneously. This is the strength of NLP because it’s always getting better. But since it is a moving target it is difficult to define. The definition of NLP differs among the thought leaders in the field.
To me NLP is what happens in your mind and body at the moment of change. Armed with this knowledge anyone can use it to create change in a fraction of time of traditional therapy.
A more traditional definition of NLP begin with the name. Neuro – represents neurology meaning how our brain connects with every part of our body. Linguistic – represents the language we use to communicate with others and to ourselves. Programming – the mental processes that determine one’s behaviors in any situation. Put simply NLP is the way we use our minds to get spectacular results.
The map is not the territory. In English, what this means is there is no such thing as reality only our interpretation of it. We experience reality through our senses but before we can make meaning of our experience it goes through a set of filters (our life’s experiences). A good example of this in action is a salesperson and a customer remembering their meeting quite differently. For the salesperson the customer is super ready to buy, “This is in the bag!” For the customer the salesperson did not address my concerns so I am not going to buy. But I will be polite. Both parties are certain this is what really happened.
We are part of the system. We have to take the system into account when we are trying to create change. Our environment and the people in it shape our experience of reality and the lessons we take away from it. For example, a sales manager could give constructive criticism to a salesperson in a crowded sales meeting. Or the sales manager could meet privately with the salesperson, lets say over lunch and say the exact same words. For the salesperson the two experiences would be radically different. The same would be true for the sales manager. Meeting at a different restaurant would have changed the experience as well.
NLP is all about studying excellence
Excellence in the traditional sense could be how a leader gets his or her people to deliver exceptional results. Or how the world’s best basketball player throws three-pointers. Excellence in the NLP sense could also mean how someone becomes instantly depressed. In all cases NLP looks at what process was used by the person to deliver these exceptional results. Since 90% of the process is happening at a deep unconscious level outside most people’s awareness they can’t articulate how they get exceptional results. NLP has the tool to go deeper inside one’s psyche to uncover the entire process. Once captured it can be taught to others so they deliver exceptional results as well.
Let’s say a salesperson who has trouble speaking to large groups wants to get help. They go to a psychiatrist for six months. Then one Thursday afternoon the psychiatrists says something meaningful and the salesperson has a breakthrough. Now the salesperson can talk to large groups comfortably and easily.
NLP is not concerned about the six months of therapy but is keenly interested in what happened that Thursday afternoon. Think about it, a moment before the salesperson was stuck. A moment later and the salesperson had a breakthrough and could speak with ease. A miracle!
If you asked the salesperson how the change happened they wont be able to tell you. NLP uncovers what happened and how to repeat that breakthrough in other situations for other people.
NLP is the fastest and most powerful technology for change!
